Turki Alalshikh on Paramount Partnership: “This Is the Future of Boxing Broadcasts”

Turki Alalshikh, head of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, commented on the signing of an agreement with Paramount+ for broadcasting rights to Zuffa Boxing events.

“This partnership with Paramount strengthens our vision of redefining how audiences consume boxing. Now more combat sports fans will gain access to watch the fights of some of the most exciting boxers.

We have already seen proof that demand exists — this is the future of boxing broadcasts, and it will ensure the continued growth of the sport,” Alalshikh said.

The agreement takes effect in January 2026 and will launch with 12 events, with plans to increase that number in the following years.
