Promotional company Top Rank has announced that its upcoming events will be broadcast on the new streaming service Top Rank Classics. Access will be free, but advertisements will be shown during the broadcasts.
Top Rank’s contract with American network ESPN recently expired, and the channel has exited the boxing market. Since then, Bob Arum’s company has not announced any new agreements with major broadcasters.
In the coming weeks, Top Rank Classics will show two boxing events:
– On November 15 in Mexico, WBO Featherweight champion Rafael Espinoza (27-0, 23 KOs) will face Ukrainian fighter Arnold Khegai (23-2-1, 14 KOs).
– On November 24 in Japan, in a bout for the vacant WBC Minimumweight title, Takuma Inoue (20-2, 5 KOs) will meet Tenshin Nasukawa (7-0, 2 KOs).
