Shakur Stevenson Named the Amount for Which He Would Face Keyshawn Davis

WBC Lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson has shared the condition under which he might step into the ring against Keyshawn Davis. Previously, Shakur had repeatedly stated that this bout would not happen due to his close friendship with Keyshawn.

“Why should I fight my brother in front of the whole world? It’s a test for both of us. There has to be a winner and a loser. It could affect our relationship and create a situation that hasn’t existed between us until today.

So, it's only possible if they give us $500 million, so we can feed our families for the rest of our lives and for generations to come,” Stevenson said.

Shakur is set to return to the ring on January 31, 2026, in a high-stakes showdown against Teofimo Lopez at Madison Square Garden. Reports suggest that Keyshawn Davis may also compete on the same card, marking his return after his previous bout with Edwin De Los Santos was cancelled due to Davis missing weight.
