Pacquiao Responds to Romero’s Call‑Out: Ready to Fight?

Former eight‑division world champion Manny Pacquiao has replied to WBA “regular” welterweight champion Rolando Romero, who said he wants a Hall‑of‑Famer on his résumé.

“He wants a Hall‑of‑Famer on his record? Let’s see if he can beat me,” Pacquiao said.

Pacquiao (62‑8‑3, 39 KOs) last boxed for the WBC welterweight belt against Mario Barrios, a bout that ended in a draw. Romero (17‑2, 13 KOs) claimed the WBA “regular” strap in his previous fight, defeating Ryan Garcia.
