Thirty-two-year-old American Heavyweight Jermaine Franklin has shared his thoughts on his upcoming bout against 20-year-old British prospect Moses Itauma.
“I am Jermaine Franklin, a warrior to the core. I’m ready to die for this. He’s going to have to work. I’m not submitting to anyone.
My whole life I’ve been proving people wrong. I carry real danger. I’m an awkward opponent and I can work from different positions — that’s hard to adjust to. I bring huge danger in the ring. I’m testing everything in this fight. He’s going to have to work. I’m coming to fight — I’m a warrior,” Franklin said.
The fight between Moses Itauma (13-0, 11 KOs) and Jermaine Franklin (24-2, 15 KOs) will take place on January 24 in Manchester, United Kingdom.
