“Wanted to See a Fight for All the Belts”: Frank Warren on a Possible Usyk vs. Dubois Showdown

In an interview with Ready to Fight, Queensberry Promotions founder and CEO Frank Warren expressed his desire to see a clash between Oleksandr Usyk (23–0, 14 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (22–2, 21 KOs) for the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world.

– What are we going to see in 2025? Could this year be the best one yet for boxing?

Warren: “I agree. There are quite a few big fights that can be made. For example, Daniel Dubois faces a tough challenge on February 22 against Joseph Parker—a former world champion. Joe’s in fantastic shape right now; he’s coming off a strong run of victories. It’s going to be a difficult bout, but if Daniel wins, I’d really love to see a unification fight for all four belts with Usyk.”

Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker are set to collide on February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Last year, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury twice, earning The Ring’s “Fighter of the Year” honors in the process.
