Former undisputed Lightweight Champion Devin Haney believes that his next opponent, Brian Norman, has yet to prove himself at the elite level.
“I’ll show you there are levels to this game. He’s looked good, but this is a whole different level.
He’s had solid performances, but against fighters nobody’s ever heard of. I don’t recognize a single name on his record,” Haney said.
The fight between Norman (28-0, 22 KOs) and Haney (31-0, 15 KOs) is scheduled for November 22 in Riyadh, part of the Night of the Champions card. Artur Beterbiev was recently announced for the same event.
