Charlo Returns with Knockout Win Over LaManna

On May 31, in Las Vegas, USA, 35-year-old former world champion Jermall Charlo (34-0, 23 KOs) faced 33-year-old Thomas LaManna (39-6-1, 18 KOs).

The bout lasted six rounds and ended with a technical knockout victory for Charlo.

This marked LaManna’s first loss since 2021, when he was knocked out in the first round by Erislandy Lara. Since then, LaManna had won nine consecutive fights, six of them by stoppage.

For Charlo, this was his first knockout win since 2019.
