Anthony Joshua 90% Decided on Next Opponent

Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua will return to the ring in December 2025, reports BoxingScene.

According to the source, the 35-year-old Briton’s opponent will be France’s 33-year-old Olympic champion Tony Yoka. The Frenchman’s promoter, Yohan Zaoui, also revealed he had a conversation with Joshua.

“He told me his next opponent will most likely be a Frenchman. He said there was an option to face American YouTuber Jake Paul, but 90 percent it will be Yoka. I asked him for his prediction. He replied there are no easy fights,” Zaoui said.

Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) last fought in September, when he was knocked out in the fifth round by Daniel Dubois.

In May, Tony Yoka (14-3, 11 KOs) defeated Arslan Yallyev via unanimous decision.
