Рецепт:
– 60 г вівсянки (перемелюю в пилюку)
– 300 мл молока (2,5%)
– 1 банан
– 35 г сироваткового протеїну
– 5 г креатину
→ усе в блендер — і готово

БЖУ та калорійність (приблизно):
– Білки: 46,6 г
– Жири: 14 г
– Вуглеводи: 80,7 г
– Калорії: ~653 ккал
