
The IBF world title fight in the junior bantamweight division between Mexico’s Willibaldo Garcia (23-6-2, 13 KOs) and Japan’s Kenshiro Teraji (25-2, 16 KOs), which was scheduled for 27 December, has been called off, The Ring reports.
According to the report, Garcia fell ill and was hospitalized after the weigh-in ceremony.
