Usyk Shares How the Camp for Fury Started: "Many Don’t Understand This"

Two-time undisputed world champion and current WBA, WBC, WBO, and The Ring heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk spoke with Ready to Fight about the beginning of his training camp for the rematch against Tyson Fury.

- How did the camp start?

- Everything is great, thank God. The mood is good, and the team is assembled. There’s plenty to work on. I’m very grateful to God and very happy to be in training camp.

- How does this camp differ from the previous one?

- Each preparation is different. We’re involving scientists and new psychologists. Science meets sports. Many don’t understand this. But we know what we’re doing. And I know this will help me be better in the second fight with Tyson Fury.

The second bout between Usyk and Fury is scheduled for December 21 in Saudi Arabia. Earlier, it was announced when the first press conference for the rematch will take place.
