Manny Pacquiao Could Return in July 2025

Adviser to former eight-division world champion, Filipino Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs), Sean Gibbons, revealed that his client may return to boxing in 2025. The most likely opponent is WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios (29-1-2, 18 KOs).

"This fight is scheduled for July 2025. Viva! Manny loves to fight," said Gibbons. According to the adviser, this fight would be the final one in Pacquiao's career.

Pacquiao’s last official fight took place in 2021, where he lost by unanimous decision to Yordenis Ugas. In July 2024, Manny participated in an exhibition boxing match against kickboxer Rukiya Anpo.
