Jake Paul Had Surgery and Shared the Results

On December 19 in Miami, USA, an 8-round heavyweight clash took place between former unified world champion Anthony Joshua and cruiserweight boxer/influencer Jake Paul. Joshua won by stoppage, knocking out his opponent in the 6th round.

After the bout, it was revealed that Paul had sustained a serious injury. His jaw was broken in two places, and his teeth were visibly misaligned as a result of the final blows. Jake shared an update on his condition following the surgery:

“Just got back from surgery. Everything went smooth. Thank you for all the love. A lot of pain and stiffness. Got to eat liquids for 7 days.

Huge thanks to the amazing team at the University of Miami hospital. Everyone was so kind and caring,” Jake wrote.

While exact recovery timelines have not been officially announced, Paul’s team suggested a standard healing period of four to six weeks. Immediately after the fight, Jake expressed a desire to take a well-deserved rest following a demanding 2025.
