Terence Crawford Outboxes Saul Alvarez

On September 13 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Saul Alvarez (63-3-2, 39 KOs) faced Terence Crawford (42-0, 31 KOs) for the undisputed Super Middleweight championship.

Crawford emerged victorious by unanimous decision, with scorecards of 116-112 and 115-113 twice.

This was Crawford’s debut at Super Middleweight. In his previous fight, Canelo had regained undisputed status by defeating William Scull, who held the IBF title.

Now, Terence Crawford has become the first undisputed champion in three weight divisions in the four-belt era.
