The IBF has appointed Andrew Moloney, 34, as the mandatory challenger for the IBF title at super flyweight.

Moloney will face the winner of the bout between Willibaldo Garcia and Kenshiro Teraji, scheduled for December 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

According to the IBF, the Garcia–Teraji winner must defend against Moloney within 180 days (by June 25, 2026), with no voluntary defenses or unification bouts allowed beforehand. Both Garcia and Teraji have agreed to these terms.

Moloney (27-4, 17 KOs) last fought in December 2024, when he stopped Jakkrawut Majungoen in the third round.
