Zhanibek Ready for a Match Against Canelo

Current WBO and IBF middleweight champion Zhanibek Alimkhanuly (15-0, 10 KOs) discussed why his fight against WBC, WBA, and WBO super middleweight champion Saul Alvarez has not come to fruition.

"Everyone knows I want to fight Canelo. But he isn’t fighting me, and everyone knows that," Alimkhanuly wrote on Twitter.

Zhanibek's next bout is likely to be against Hamzah Shiraz, as the WBO has ordered them to negotiate for a fight.
