Warren on the Joshua and Fury Fight: “It Will Happen”

The head of the promotional company Queensberry, Frank Warren, spoke about his thoughts on the bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

“Fans have been asking for it, and everyone has been talking about it for years, years, and years. It's better for it to happen now, if it's going to happen, rather than these guys coming back and talking about it five or six years from now.

You know, it's the fight everyone I speak to about boxing mentions. When are these two going to fight? Will they fight at all? We never saw it, and so on.

You know, it will happen. I think it will happen, and I think when it does happen, it will be massive,” said Warren.

It was previously reported that Fury and Joshua had agreed to the fight. Before that, both boxers are scheduled to have one bout each in 2026, and then meet in the main event of the Riyadh Season tournament.
