Oleksandr Usyk Reveals Whom He Would Choose as an Opponent — Vitali or Wladimir Klitschko

Vitaly Klitschko, Oleksandr Usyk

Three-division undisputed world champion Oleksandr Usyk modeled a hypothetical situation of a clash against the legendary Klitschko brothers. The boxer analyzed the styles of both former champions and explained which of them would be a more uncomfortable opponent for him.

Three-division undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk, in an exclusive interview for Ready To Fight, shared whom he would choose as an opponent between the Klitschko brothers if he had the opportunity.

– If you had to choose a fight against a peak Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko?

– I would choose Wladimir. He is a more classical athlete; it would be a bit more comfortable for me with him. Vitali is very awkward; in boxing, such people are called "clunky" (koryaga). He can hit from positions that physics hasn't even heard of.

Vitali Klitschko retired with a record of 45-2, 41 KOs. He knocked out over 91% of his opponents and was never knocked out or even knocked down.

Wladimir Klitschko's final record stands at 64-5, 53 KOs. Wladimir knocked out over 82% of his opponents.

Previously, rumors about Klitschko Jr.'s return to boxing have surfaced repeatedly. Usyk stated that he is ready to organize a training camp for him.
