British former world champion Tyson Fury shared his thoughts on a potential bout against the WBO Heavyweight titleholder Fabio Wardley.

“Like i said lets see how i am looking in my return fight, Then later in 2026 this would be a good option for me to try become 3 x heavyweight champion. Fabio Wardley has a hard fight himself coming up soon.

I know the fight you guys all want but at this time i wont say his name out of respect as he is in mourning, But if he is not going to continue in boxing id like Big Fab as a big test this would be also a massive spectacle!

2026 is the year of our lord Jesus christ,” Fury wrote.

Fabio Wardley (20-0-1, 19 KOs), who last entered the ring in October and defeated Joseph Parker by technical knockout in the 11th round, reacted to Tyson’s words.

“All the best for the return big GK! See you soon” wrote Fabio.

Previously, it was reported that Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) and Anthony Joshua (29-4, 26 KOs) had agreed to a fight; however, on New Year’s Eve, Joshua was involved in a fatal car accident in which two of his coaches and close friends were killed. It is currently unknown whether Anthony will continue his career.
