Qamili and Mosqueda Advance to WBC Grand Prix Final in Featherweight

On October 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the semifinals of the WBC Grand Prix took place across four divisions: Featherweight, Super Lightweight, Middleweight, and Heavyweight.

In the Featherweight division (up to 57.2 kg), the semifinal results were as follows:

– Muhamet Qamili (17-0-1, 8 KOs) defeated Yoni Valverde Jr. (16-1, 3 KOs) by first-round TKO;

– Brandon Mejia Mosqueda (12-0, 10 KOs) scored a fifth-round KO over Bekizizwe Maitse (8-2-1, 3 KOs).

Mukhamet Kamili and Brandon Mejia Mosqueda will now face each other in the WBC Grand Prix final at Featherweight
