A matchup between WBA super featherweight champion James Dickens and IBO titleholder Anthony Cacace has been officially announced. The clash is scheduled for March 14, 2026, and is expected to take place in Dublin.
Dickens was supposed to fight Tsutsumi at the end of 2025, but the Japanese boxer sustained an injury, and the bout was canceled. Cacace was slated to meet Raymond Ford in the summer of 2025, but he also suffered an injury, leading to that fight's cancellation.
James Dickens (36-5, 15 KOs) became champion after Lamont Roach was stripped of the title. Anthony Cacace (24-1, 9 KOs) has not stepped into the ring since May, when he secured a stoppage victory over Leigh Wood.
