Lewis on Whether He Would Beat Fury: “I Would Put Money on That Guy”

Former undisputed Heavyweight world champion, the Briton Lennox Lewis, responded to a poll by Ready to Fight on Twitter regarding who would win in a hypothetical fight between him and Tyson Fury.

“I’ll put my money on that Lewis guy,” Lennox wrote.

Lennox Lewis retired from the ring after a stoppage victory over Vitali Klitschko in 2003.

The Briton Tyson Fury announced his retirement in 2024 after two consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk. Fury is expected to return to the ring in 2026. A match against Anthony Joshua is also anticipated next year.
