Jack Catterall Explains Why He Changed Trainers Ahead of the Essuman Fight

British super lightweight Jack Catterall explained his decision to part ways with longtime trainers Jamie Moore and Nigel Travis and team up with American coach Derrick Ennis.

“I’m probably in the final chapters of my career and want to give everything I’ve got. I believe this move changes everything.

It wasn’t a decision I made lightly. I thought about it for a long time, analyzed my recent fights, and deep down my inner voice told me this was the right step,” Catterall told iFL TV.

On November 15, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, Jack Catterall (31-2, 13 KOs) will face Ekow Essuman on the undercard of the rematch between Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn.
