Insider: Golden Boy and DAZN Have Not Signed New Agreement

Boxing insider Dan Rafael has reported that a new deal between the promotional company Golden Boy and the streaming service DAZN has still not been concluded.

“Per source, while Golden Boy and DAZN have been discussing an extension of their rights deal, the contract expired nearly 3 months ago. Friday's Rocha vs. Curiel bout is a one-off.

After Friday, no other Golden Boy events are scheduled. The Barrios vs. Garcia PPV belongs to Turki,” the report states.

Until recently, DAZN broadcasted bouts for all major promotional companies, with the exception of Premier Boxing Champions, who have a deal with Amazon Prime, and Top Rank Boxing, who do not have a permanent broadcaster.
