According to Boxing Scene, super welterweight boxers Brandon Adams (USA) and Caoimhin Agyarko (Ireland) have reached an agreement for a bout. The teams finalized the deal without the need for a promotional purse bid.
The winner of this confrontation will become a mandatory challenger for the IBF belt. Currently held by Bakhram Murtazaliev, the title will be defended against Josh Kelly in late January.
Adams (26-4, 16 KOs) defeated Serhii Bohachuk by judges' decision in his previous fight. This marked Brandon's second victory over the Ukrainian boxer, following a previous knockout win.
Agyarko (18-0, 7 KOs) overcame Ishmael Davis by decision in his most recent outing.
