Warren Selects the One Queensberry Man He’d Match With Wilder

Queensberry Promotions boss Frank Warren has named the single fighter from his stable he would put in against former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.

“Well, if you put him in with one guy from our company, it would be the one I want to beat him.

I’ll tell you, that would be a really exciting fight—him and Fabio Wardley. Two punchers,” said Warren.

Both Wardley and Wilder scored stoppage wins in their most recent bouts. Wardley knocked out Justis Huni in the 10th round, while Wilder halted Tyrrell Herndon in seven.
