Martin Bakole (21-1, 16 KOs) has undergone an unofficial weigh-in ahead of his clash with WBO interim heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs).
Bakole tipped the scales at 142.8 kg (314.7 lbs)—a significant increase compared to his previous bout against Jared Anderson, where he weighed 129 kg (284.4 lbs).
Parker also came in at his heaviest ever, registering 121 kg (266.8 lbs).
The fight takes place tonight, February 22. Originally, Parker was set to face IBF champion Daniel Dubois, but Dubois withdrew due to a viral infection. Bakole stepped in as a last-minute replacement on Thursday, just two days before the fight.
