Hearn Names Two Potential Dates for the Eubank – Benn Rematch

Head of Matchroom Boxing Eddie Hearn says the return bout between IBO Middleweight champion Chris Eubank Jr. (35-3, 25 KO) and Conor Benn (23-1, 14 KO) is circling two slots on the calendar:

“I think it could be 20 September or 4 October—the call is Turki Alalsheikh’s. We spoke to the Saudis yesterday, and they’ll make a decision soon. You know, 20 September is only about ten weeks from this Saturday, so it’s almost time to head back into camp.”

The first meeting on 26 April ended with Eubank Jr. winning by unanimous decision.
