Canelo vs Crawford Gets Broadcaster – Netflix to Air the Fight, per BoxingScene

According to BoxingScene, the undisputed super middleweight championship bout between Saul “Canelo” Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs) and Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) is now set to take place on Friday, September 12. Earlier reports had suggested the fight would happen on September 13.

A boxing official also confirmed that the event will be broadcast on Netflix, and the venue will be Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The announcement of a date shift is believed to be part of a "strategic move" by Riyadh Season, intended to create confusion among competitors regarding dates and venues.
