WBA and WBO cruiserweight champion Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez has announced that he will face WBC light heavyweight titleholder David Benavidez.
The showdown is scheduled for 2 May at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA. Ramirez’s titles will be on the line.
“Viva México. Truly honored to defend my WBA/WBO titles and represent Mexico on Cinco de Mayo weekend in Las Vegas.
This will be a legendary night. Thank you for all the love and support — see you in Vegas,” Zurdo wrote.
