Teofimo on Mayweather’s ‘Bankruptcy’: “That dude showed me his account”

Teofimo Lopez, reigning WBO super lightweight champion, dismissed the talk surrounding Floyd Mayweather allegedly going bankrupt.

“Let me make this clear: Floyd Mayweather is not bankrupt. The champ is not bankrupt. He’s far from bankrupt.

That dude showed me his bank account – I’ve never seen numbers like that in my life,” Lopez stated.

Mayweather himself previously denied the bankruptcy claim that originated from a report by Stephen A. Smith.
