American Champ on Teofimo and Haney: “Easy Work — I’m Ready”

IBF Super Lightweight Champion Richardson Hitchins has made it clear that he's ready for the biggest names in the division — and he doesn’t expect much trouble from them.

“I want the fight with Teofimo Lopez, and after that — Devin Haney. That’s easy work. Dropping the mic. I’m ready — send the contract”, said Hitchins.

In summer 2025, Hitchins (20-0, 8 KOs) made his first successful title defense with a stoppage win over George Kambosos. Devin Haney is next scheduled to face Brian Norman, while Teofimo Lopez has yet to announce his next opponent.
