Parker Ready to Face Itauma: “He’s Explosive”

Former world champion, 33-year-old New Zealander Joseph Parker, is ready to face 20-year-old British heavyweight prospect Moses Itauma. He stated this after his defeat to Fabio Wardley, which took place on October 25 in London, UK.

“Moses is young, talented, explosive, a fast heavyweight. It would be nice to share the ring with someone like that,” Parker said.

Joseph Parker (36-4, 24 KO) lost to Wardley by stoppage in the 11th round. At the moment of the stoppage, he was ahead on two of the three judges’ scorecards.
