On Christmas Eve: Jake Paul Sends Final Offer to KSI

Nakisa Bidarian, CEO of Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), announced that American influencer and cruiserweight boxer Jake Paul (11-1, 7 KOs) has made a “final offer” to British YouTuber and boxer KSI (1-1, 0 KOs).

The offer sets the stage for a Christmas Eve clash — December 24. According to Paul’s camp, all that remains is KSI’s approval.

The proposal, formally sent by MVP to KSI’s team at Wasserman Boxing, follows the terms that had previously been discussed — but this time, it's official. Key details include:

– A 10-round professional bout

– Weight limit: 87.3 kg (192 lbs)

– Full VADA testing for both fighters

– Joint promotion by MVP and Wasserman Boxing

– UK PPV revenue split: 60/40 in favor of KSI & Wasserman

– US PPV revenue split: 60/40 in favor of Jake Paul & MVP

– 50/50 split on all other income, including global PPV sales

Bidarian claims Wasserman has not responded for over two weeks since receiving the official terms.

As a reminder, in November 2019, KSI faced Jake’s older brother Logan Paul, winning the bout via split decision.
