Hughie Fury on Dubois: “These Are the Fights I Want”

British heavyweight boxer Hughie Fury spoke about his return to the ring and potential opponents.

– Last time we talked about a potential fight with Anthony Joshua, and there were many names. When you return, what level of fight should be expected? Will you try to get the biggest name, or start with a tune-up?

– I always leave that to the promoters, my father, and others. I am ready to fight anyone. I hope that next year we can get the big names.

– Dubois is a potential opponent because he plans to return early next year. Would it be interesting to fight Dubois?

– 100%. These are the fights I want, these are the fights where I get my chance.

Hughie Fury (30-3, 17 KOs) last fought in April against Dan Garber and won by technical knockout in the fifth round.

In July, Daniel Dubois (22-3, 21 KOs) was knocked out in the fifth round by Oleksandr Usyk in a fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship.
