Eubank Sr Promises to Fight if His Son Returns to the Ring

Former world champion Chris Eubank Sr responded to a question about what he believes Chris Eubank Jr should do in the future.

“What kind of fight suits Junior, in my opinion? He doesn’t need to do anything else. He’ll never be better than he was in that fight.

Now there are two of us, and there’s nothing we can’t do.

Junior, if you don’t return to the ring, I won’t either. But if you come back, I’ll fight in some kind of exhibition bout. I’m going to pressure you.

You want to fight again? Fine — then I’ll fight too. Because I’m with you,” Eubank Sr said.

Previously, Eubank Sr criticized his son for taking the fight against Conor Benn, expressing concern over the potential risk, as he didn’t want to lose another son — Sebastian Eubank drowned in Dubai in 2021.

Nonetheless, Chris Sr did show up for the bout against Benn, and Chris Eubank Jr emerged victorious.
