On the night of September 13 at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, Germany, Ukrainian Arnold Khegai (23-2-1, 14 KOs) faced Venezuelan Liborio Solis (37-9-1, 18 KOs) in an eight-round Featherweight bout (57.2 kg limit).
Khegai claimed victory by unanimous decision, with judges’ scores of 78-75 and 79-73 in favor of the Ukrainian.
This win helped Khegai rebound from his split decision loss to Joet Gonzalez back in March.
For Solis, it marked a second consecutive defeat — he previously lost by unanimous decision to Hector Sosa in May.
