"Let’s do it." Abdullah Mason Eyes WBO Title Clash with Noakes

Abdullah Mason (19-0, 17 KOs) has declared his readiness to face Sam Noakes (17-0, 15 KOs) for the vacant WBO Lightweight title.

“Let’s do it. It would be a spectacular fight — fans would love to see it. Sam Noakes is definitely a worthy opponent: aggressive, great on the front foot. It would be something fantastic.

Am I ready to fight in Britain? I want that title no matter where the fight happens.”

The WBO title became vacant after Keyshawn Davis failed to make weight ahead of his scheduled bout against Edwin De Los Santos.

Currently, Sam Noakes and Abdullah Mason are ranked first and second respectively in the WBO’s Lightweight rankings.
