Solomon Dacres

Solomon Dacres is a British professional boxer who competes in the heavyweight division. He was born on October 25, 1993, in Warley, England.

Biography:

As an amateur, Solomon fought 45 bouts and won 35 of them. He made his professional debut on May 15, 2021, at Manchester Arena, earning a points victory over Mladen Manev.

Career:

On March 18, 2023, Dacres won the vacant English heavyweight title with a second-round stoppage of Robert Ismay. In November of the same year, he successfully defended the belt by majority decision against Michael Webster, then stopped Webster in a seventh-round knockout in their rematch in July 2024. On December 7, 2024, Dacres lost the title to David Adeleye by first-round TKO.
