Hello! My name is Sergey Lapin and I am the sports director of Oleksandr Usyk team, the reigning world heavyweight champion and one of the best boxers in the world, regardless of weight category.

Several times a year, Oleksandr prepares for professional boxing matches. For this period, my responsibilities include: organization of the entire training process, well-coordinated work of the team, including the involvement of nutritionists, cutmen, tapers, rehabilitators and other sports specialists, the search for a training base, as well as a high-quality selection of sparring partners.

One of the most difficult and labor-intensive tasks is the search for sparring partners for Oleksandr. Numerous calls to boxing agents, managers and boxers from different parts of the world, as well as lengthy process of negotiating terms for each of them.

All this, as well as the lack of a platform with contact details, sparring videos, reviews, the ability to conveniently communicate between boxers, coaches, agents, managers, promoters and other specialists, led to the idea of creating the Ready to Fight startup.

But now, Ready to Fight is already a working platform with the help of which the boxing community can easily and effectively solve their problems in boxing!
